Weekend Programme

A refreshed format and packed with opportunities to catch up with friends

FRIDAY

DAY TIME

Join us for The Simon Beadel Memorial Trophy at The Shropshire Golf Centre (TF2 8PQ).

  • 10:30 - Arrive and catch up with friends
  • 11:00 - Order of Play Draw
  • 11:30 - First Tee Time
  • On-course refreshments available throughout the day
  • 16:30 - Post-golf buffet and prize-giving, featuring both team and individual formats

EVENING

  • 18:30 onwards  join your friends for Meet & Greet Drinks at the Albrighton Hall Spa & Hotel (SY4 3AG). 
  • Bar meals will be available, or you can make dinner reservations at the restaurant.
  • Take the opportunity to spend time catching up with familiar faces

SATURDAY

ALBRIGHTON HALL SPA & HOTEL

  • 10:00 - Leisure time to choose from: SPA Treatments (booking required) Gym & Pool Access Organized Group Walk Outdoor Games including Walking Football or ‘Big Chess’

  • 12:00 - 13:30 - Live Art Demonstration by Paul Bryant
    Watch the artist at work; the finished piece will be available for auction in the evening.

  • 14:00 -15:30 - PTI Association AGM

  • 16:00 Grand National Sweepstake - Don't forget to buy your ticket!
  • 18:00 - 19:00 - Drinks Reception
    Enjoy drinks with live saxophone music from Roy Hunte
  • 19:00 onwards - Welcome by your Host, followed by: Heads & Tails, 3-Course Dinner, Prize Draw, Special Item Auction, Guest Speaker & Live Music Entertainment

  • 00:30 - Carriages

Sunday: Farewell until Next Time

Hotel check-out is by 12:00 PM, giving you ample time to bid farewell to your fellow PTI family members.
